Capabilities

Our warping, weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes allow us to engineer fabrics with controlled performance characteristics—including FR ratings, abrasion resistance, colourfastness, and technical coatings.

Our existing manufacturing infrastructure is well suited to adapt to the requirements of commercial, transportation, healthcare, and military fabrics.

Commercial

Seating, cubicle upholstery, and partitions that are FR-rated, soil, stain, and abrasion-resistant.

Transportation

Rail and transit seating, headrests, and curtains that are FR-rated and colourfast.

Healthcare

Privacy curtains and woven protective garments that are fluid-repellent and bleach-cleanable.

Military

Technical base fabrics for shelters, uniforms and accessories designed for performance and durability.

Warping and Weaving

Our warping and weaving department has all the necessary equipment to take raw fibre to plain, fancy, or technical woven fabrics.

We operate a four-creel configuration for handling diverse yarn types.

Our weave room is equipped with Sulzer and Dornier looms.

Recent upgrades include new high-efficiency looms to increase production output.

Dyeing and Finishing

We can develop custom colours and finishes in our laboratory. Our dye and finishing equipment are fuelled by an independent natural-gas-fired production boiler.

Quality Assurance and Logistics

Our products undergo stringent quality assurance before being warehoused and distributed.

Fabric is fed from roll-up A-frames directly from the finisher.

Eight inspection stations are back and top-lit for maximum quality control.

Our expansive facility includes ample space for warehousing finished fabric.

Our strategic location and logistics network ensure reliable distribution.
